Baltimore, Maryland 5-31-10 Hello everyone, I'm Mark Pfeltz, the official 1986 Guinness Book of World Records holder for sit ups. This site was created for you and me. To keep us happy and in shape. On my website I will specifically keep track of my own work outs and you can do them too if you like. I will also tell you all the products I used while setting the world record. To the best of my knowledge I will try to remember my training work out, the food I was eating while training for the World Record and share that with you. I will also share with you the products I use today, since many people are interested in knowing that. Additionally, many of you, like me, have had a life time problem with weight gain. I feel your pain. All of my life I have fought weight gain and weight loss. I will share with you what I'm doing about it. The cost to you for all this free information will be your one hundred percent commitment to do something about it. That may sound like strong words but your pain is great and it may motivate you to do something about your problem. You have lost enough. Now is the time to change. I understand you may not have anyone in your life. I have been alone before too. I know your pain. I'll be your personal trainer and motivator if you would like for me to be. Now lets start with the first thing I said I would do. Keep track of my own workouts. You can view my workouts by clicking on the link above that says Workouts. The second thing I told you I would tell you about is the products I used while setting the World Record for sit ups. The other products I used were Dramamine. I used it to keep from getting dizzy. You try sitting up forty five thousand times and see if you don't get dizzy. June 10, 2010 Here is a little story I would like to share with you. I graduated from Kenwood Senior High School in Baltimore, Maryland . At that time I was going steady with a girl by the name of Lynette Adams. She was the first person to hold my feet when I first started training for the World Record in sit ups. But, for one reason or another, that I cant remember now, we broke up. One year later I set the World record in sit ups completing 45,005 in 58.5 hrs. Twenty five years later I went looking for her on Facebook and found her. Seven months later I asked her to marry me and she said yes. So now she is Lynette Pfeltz. Just a little story I like sharing. On my web site you will also see a link that says Marks Breakfast. Here I share with you what I eat for breakfast. I know some people could care less about what I eat for breakfast but other people want to know. So I'm posting it. Also there is a link that says Low Calorie Snacks.
